Fire Detection, Access Control and CCTV

Fire Detection

Automatic fire detection is commonly used to protect property by ensuring the early attendance of the fire service

The need for a fire alarm system in any specific building will normally be determined by the authority responsible for enforcing fire safety legislation in that building and/or by a fire risk assessment carried out by the owner, landlord, occupier(s) or employer(s), as appropriate. In general, it is appropriate to install some form of fire alarm system in virtually all buildings, other than very small premises that are relatively open-planned so that any fire will be quickly detected by occupants

Whatever the size, complexity or application of your fire detection system, we have the expertise to help. We can install, maintain and monitor your system to the relevant standards and specifications to comply with both the local Authority and Insurers requirements.

Access Control

Access Control Systems are designed and installed to provide protection against unwanted visitors into property and allow free movement and entry for authorised users where there is frequent personnel traffic.

Installing the correct Access Control solution for you will help provide protection to your employees, visitors, stock and your property. In very simple terms, Access Control Systems provide control of entry (or exit) through nominated doors via a control panel and some form of electric locking facility. Access Control Systems can be as simple or as complicated as you desire, but in each case the solution will always provide an easy passage for permitted persons around the building.

CCTV

Vast improvements have been made in the CCTV industry, leading to improved picture quality and the introduction of digitally recorded evidence. High speed, self management cameras are now used by our clients who need to protect their staff, buildings and profit, without interrupting their day to day business.

Systems can be locally monitored (by on site security staff), or remotely (off site) monitored by a specialised monitoring station. Ongoing costs of CCTV systems are significantly lower than the cost of employing security staff. 10 cameras and one monitor will easily cover an area where 5 staff would normally be required.

We provide full service and installation systems in domestic and commercial properties, along with offsite monitoring and service response. Visual and audio connections are available.
